Guidelines for the Academic staff on the order of activities required if students are expected to submit final assignments in video format.
Ja Jūsu kursa ietvaros studējošajiem nepieciešams iesniegt noslēguma darbus video formātā, tad nepieciešams rakstīt pieteikumu uz IT Servisa centru (it@rsu.lv), kur nepieciešams pieteikt jaunas mapes izveidi Noslēguma darbiem.
If, as part of your course, students need to submit final assignments in video format, service request must be requested via help.rsu.lv or by email it@rsu.lv.
Fakultāte reģistrē pieteikumu help.rsu.lv sistēmā norādot sekojošu informāciju:
- Fakultāte, zem kuras jātaisa mape
- Docētājiem/darbiniekiem, kuriem jāpiekļūst šiem failiem
- Studējošo saraksts, kuriem būs nepieciešama iespēja augšupielādēt savus darbus
- Datums, pēc kura studējošie vairs nevar rediģēt savas iesniegtās datnes
The Faculty registers a service request in the help.rsu.lv system with the following information:
- The Faculty under which the folder has to be made
- Academic staff and employees of RSU who need to access this folder
- A list of students who are expected to upload their final assignments
- The date after students can no longer edit their submitted files
- Ievietotie video ir jāpārceļ uz pamata mapi.
- Pamata mape ir mape kuria ir piesasitīts "Assignment Folder".
Kad mape būs izveidota un piekļuves pieškirtas, IT Servisa centrs sazināsies ar pieteicēju.
Pēc tam, kad mape izveidota, nepieciešams pieslēgties Panopto rīkam ar savu RSU lietotājvārdu un paroli.
- You must move uploaded videos to the main folder.
- The main folder is Parent folder of Assignment Folder.
Once the folder has been created and access has been granted, the IT Service Center will contact the applicant.When the folder is created, you must sign in to the Panopto using your RSU username and password.
No lapas kreisās izvēlnes izvēlieties "Browse" un zem katedras, kurai pieteicāt mapes izveidi, sameklējiet to. Spiediet uz:

| From the left sidebar, select Browse and find it under the Faculty you requested to create the folder. Click on:

Studējošajie augšupielādē video datni tajā pašā mapē, kuru Jūs piesakāt IT Servisa centrā, līdz ar to, mapē "Noslēguma darbu augšupielāde" Jūsu katedras ietvaros varēsiet atrast studējošo augšupielādētās video datnes. Uzspiežot uz tās vienu reizi ar peles kreiso klikšķi, tas atvērsies. |
