RSU studējošajiem ir iespēja augšupielādēt savus noslēguma darbus (video un/vai audio datnes) attālināti, izmantojot video sistēmu Panopto.
Lai izmantotu šo iespēju, studējošajiem vispirms ir jālūdz attiecīgajai katedrai izveidot nepieciešamo datni Panopto sistēmā, un informēt studējošo par šīs mapes nosaukumu un atrašanās vietu.
Students of RSU can upload their final assignments (video and/or audio files) remotely using Panopto.
To use this option, students must first ask the relevant department to create the necessary file in Panopto, and inform the student about the name and location of the folder where the files should be uploaded.
Kā augšupielādēt video vai audio ierakstu(s)
Pārliecinieties, ka datnes atbilst šiem formātiem!
- Lai augšupielādētu video un/vai audio datni, pieslēdzieties panopto.rsu.lv
- Lapas augšējā daļā spiediet uz pogas Create
- Izvēlieties Upload media
How to upload video and/or audio files
Make sure the files conform to these formats!
- To upload video and/or audio files log into panopto.rsu.lv
- Press the Create button in the top section of the page
- Select Upload media
Pārliecinieties, ka, ka augšupielādētā datne tiks saglabāta mapē ar katedras norādīto nosaukumu, piemēram, "Noslēguma darbu augšupielāde"
Make sure that the uploaded file will be saved in a folder with the name specified by your department, for example "Thesis Upload"
Spiediet uz Drag video or audio files here (or click to find on your computer) un atlasiet video vai audio datni (vienu vai vairākus), kuru vēlaties augšupielādēt
Pēc tam, kad parādījies teksts, ka augšupielāde beigusies (Upload Complete, you can close the window), spiediet uz krustiņa.
Click on Drag video or audio files here (or click to find on your computer) and select the recorded video or audio you want to upload
After the upload is complete ("Upload is Completed, you can close the window now"), click on the X symbol to close this window
Pievērsiet uzmanību - jo lielāka datne, jo lielāks ir tās apstrādes laiks. Video/audio datnes apstrādes laikā, to nav iespējams rediģēt.
Video/audio datni iespējams apstrādāt tad, kad pie Processing uzrādās 100%.
Note that the larger the file is, the longer it will be processing. Video/audio files cannot be edited during processing.
The video/audio file can be processed when it says "Processing: 100%"
Pēc tam, kad video datne ir augšupielādēta, nepieciešams iegūt saiti. Ir divi veidi, kā var iegūt saiti:
1. Atzīmējiet, ar kuriem no tikko augšupielādētajiem failiem vēlaties dalīties (uzspiediet uz video vai audio ieraksta) - Spiediet Share
After the video file has been uploaded, you need to get a link. There are two ways you can get a link:
1. Select the files you want to share (press on a video or audio record) - Press Share
Logam atveroties, iekopējiet saiti
When a new window opens, copy the link
2. Spiediet uz augšupielādētās datnes. Tai atveroties, iekopējiet saiti no adrešu pārlūka joslas
2. Click on the uploaded file and copy the link from the address browser bar when it opens.

Add the link according to the Guidelines provided by your Faculty.
