Būs jāfilmē sava atrašanās vieta, tiem kas nevēlas izrādīt savu privāto vidi kurā ikdienā uzturas, ir divas iespējas:

  1. Vienoties ar pasniedzēju par mutisko eksāmenu caur videokonferences rīkiem
  2. Vienoties ar pasniedzēju, lai rezervē telpu universitātē kur tiktu sagatavota vieta priekš eksāmena kārtošanas
  • Unfortunately I cannot download the lockdown program on my tables (Samsung S5)

If you dont have any other device then there is two options to use:

You can contact to lecturer and choose

1.  Use videoconference system for online oral exam

2.  The lecturer can reserve a room at the university where you can take the exam.

I have a PC and cannot download the Lockdown Browser Respondus Monitor? 

Are you supposed to share a link so we can download it? Because otherwise we cannot do the “demo test” on estudies

Did you downloaded Lockdown browser from Demo Test in E-studies?

It is stated that iPads are allowed for the exams utilizin Respondus, however, you have disabled this feature. It is in fact not allowed for the Respondus test course. Please address this issue, is it allowed or not?

Lai lietotu Ipad , studentam ir jāsazinās ar konkrēto pasniedzēju pie kura ir eksāmens un pasniedzējam no savas puses ir jāieliek ķeksis, lai atļautu studentiem lietot Ipad. Bet šo variantu nerekomendējam, jo nav zināms vai viss darbosies kā vajag.







Var būt šāda problēma, ka parādās kļūda pie port check, tajā gadījumā ir nepieciešams pieslēgties pie cita interneta pieslēguma, jo esošais bloķē piekļuvi uz respondus serveri.


On Friday, I had a colloquium in biology for which we needed to use Lockdown browser. However, it didn't open properly on my laptop (MacBoon Pro 2017). I have attached a video of me trying to run the app. It keeps telling me "You must allow Lockdown Browser to access the download folder before you can proceed", even though I give the application full access of my disk. Is there something I'm doing wrong and if so, how can I fix it?

Ja ir šāda problēma, kad MAC datoriem zem Files and folders nerādās download mape un nav iespējams piešķirt tiesības tad ir šāds risinājums:

One alternative is to go to System Preferences->Users & Groups to create a new user with "Allow user to administer this computer", log out of the current account, restart the Mac and log in with the new user account followed by downloading and installing the browser.

While not as common, the student can also copy an installed app from another Mac following the same steps in "Does the LockDown Browser 2.0 Student-Edition for Mac support silent or unattended installs?" at https://support.respondus.com/support/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/Article/View/353/0/
