Ja Jūsu kursa ietvaros studējošajiem nepieciešams iesniegt noslēguma darbus video vai audio formātā, tad nepieciešams rakstīt pieteikumu uz IT servisa centru (it@rsu.lv), kur nepieciešams pieteikt jaunas mapes izveidi Noslēguma darbu ievietošanai.
Kā pieteikt mapes izveidi Panopto
Katedra reģistrē pieteikumu help.rsu.lv sistēmā norādot sekojošu informāciju:
- katedra, kam jātaisa mape;
- docētāji/darbinieki, kuriem jāpiekļūst šiem failiem;
- studējošie, kuriem būs nepieciešama iespēja augšupielādēt savus darbus.
Kad būs izveidota mape un piekļuves, IT servisa centrs sazināsies ar pieteicēju.
How to request a folder for Panopto
The department submits a request to the help.rsu.lv system by specifying the following information:
- department that needs the folder;
- department members that should be able to access the folder;
- students that will need the access to the folder for uploading their final assignments.
Once the folder and access have been created, the IT Service Center will contact the department.
Kā piekļūt studējošo augšupielādētajām datnēm
Kad mape izveidota, pieslēdzieties Panopto rīkam ar savu RSU lietotājvārdu un paroli.
How to access the uploaded files
When the folder is created, log in Panopto with your RSU user name and password.
No lapas kreisās izvēlnes izvēlieties "Browse" un mapē ar savas katedras nosaukumu, sameklējiet izveidoto mapi noslēgumu darbu augšupielādei.
- Atveriet mapi "RSU"
- Atveriet mapi "Katedras"
- Atveriet mapi, kas nosaukta Jūsu katedras vārdā
- Atveriet mapi "Studējošo noslēguma darbi"
From the left sidebar, select Browse and find it the folder of your department find the folder that was created for the uploads of Final Assignments.
- Open the folder "RSU"
- Open the folder "Katedras"
- Open the folder that is named as your department
- Open the folder "Studējošo noslēguma darbi"
Attiecīgajā mapē katedras ietvaros atradīsies studējošo augšupielādētās video/audio datnes.
The Final Assignments that the students have uploaded will be in the same folder your department requested to create.
