Telpai, kurā vēlaties rezervēt darbavietu, spiediet pogu Skatīt Darbavietas (angliski - View Desks) / Press the View Desks button for the room where you want to reserve a workplace.
Atvērsies telpas plāns, kur var izvēlēties kādu no pieejamajām darbavietām, spiežot uz apli / A room plan will open, where you can choose one of the available workplaces by clicking on the circle.

- darbavietas bilde / workplace picture;
- darbavietas pieejamos laikus / workplace's available times;
- aprīkojuma apraksts / equipment description;
- piezīmes / notes.
Kad darbavieta izvēlēta, spiediet pogu Rezervēt Drabavietu (angliski - Book Desk) / When the workplace is selected, press the Book Desk button.
Atvērsies jauna sadaļa, kur iespējams nomainīt rezervācijas laiku no/ līdz / A new section will open where you can change the reservation time from/to.
Kad dati savadīti, spiediet pogu Apstiprināt (angliski - Confirm) / When the data is entered, press the semi-hidden Confirm button (English - Confirm).
