Vadlīnijas Studiju programmas vadītājiem par to, kādā secībā veicamas darbības, ja studējošajiem ir paredzēts iesniegt noslēguma darbus arī video formātā.

Guidelines for the Academic staff on the order of activities required if students are expected to submit final assignments in video format. 

Ja Jūsu kursa ietvaros studējošajiem nepieciešams iesniegt noslēguma darbus video vai audio formātā, tad nepieciešams rakstīt pieteikumu uz IT Servisa servisa centru (it@rsu.lv), kur nepieciešams pieteikt jaunas mapes izveidi Noslēguma darbiemdarbu ievietošanai. 

If, as part of within your course, students need to submit their final assignments in video or audio format, service request must be requested via help.rsu.lv or by email it@rsu.lv.departments must submit a request to the IT Service Center (it@rsu.lv), requesting a new folder for uploading the final assignment files.

Kā pieteikt mapes izveidi Panopto

Katedra

reģistrē pieteikumu help.rsu.lv sistēmā norādot sekojošu informāciju:

1. Fakultātekatedra, zem kuras kam jātaisa mape;
2. Docētājiemdocētāji/darbiniekiemdarbinieki, kuriem jāpiekļūst šiem failiem;
3. Studējošo sarakstsstudējošie, kuriem būs nepieciešama iespēja augšupielādēt savus darbus
4. Datums, pēc kura studējošie vairs nevar rediģēt savas iesniegtās datnes
5. .

Kad būs izveidota mape un piekļuves, IT servisa centrs sazināsies ar pieteicēju.

How to request a folder for Panopto

The department submits a request to the 

help.rsu.lv system

by specifying the following information:

1. The Faculty under which the folder has to be made

2. Academic staff and employees of RSU who need to access this folder

3. A list of students who are expected to upload their final assignments

4. The date after students can no longer edit their submitted files

1. department that needs the folder;
2. department members that should be able to access the folder;
3. students that will need the access to the folder for uploading their final assignments.

Once the folder and access have been created, the IT Service Center will contact the department.

Kā piekļūt studējošo augšupielādētajām datnēm

Kad mape izveidota, pieslēdzieties Panopto rīkam ar

• Ievietotie video ir jāpārceļ uz pamata mapi.
• Pamata mape ir mape kuria ir piesasitīts "Assignment Folder". 

Kad mape būs izveidota un piekļuves pieškirtas, IT Servisa centrs sazināsies ar pieteicēju.

Pēc tam, kad mape izveidota, nepieciešams pieslēgties Panopto rīkam ar savu RSU lietotājvārdu un paroli. 

• You must move uploaded videos to the main folder.

• The main folder is Parent folder of Assignment Folder.

How to access the uploaded files

When the folder is created, you must sign in to the Panopto using your RSU username log in Panopto with your RSU user name and password.
